Custom Art

I am available for creating custom, commissioned pieces.  I primarily work in an acrylic medium but also create in watercolor, pastel, charcoal, ink, and graphite.

Creating Commissioned Art:

The process usually begins with a client meeting in which we discuss the full vision, the mediums to be used, the size and scope of the project and reach agreement on the color pallet.  For portraits, photographs of the subject are required.

Next, appropriate timelines and pricing are negotiated.

In most cases, the client is not involved during the process of creating the finished work and does not see the piece until delivery. However, in cases of corporate clients, I have provided pictures and updates upon request.
